THE YOUNGSTOWN PLAYHOUSE RECEIVES $2,000 GRANT FROM THE THOMASES FAMILY ENDOWMENT

YOUNGSTOWN, OH (February 15, 2024): The Youngstown Playhouse has received a $2,000 grant from the Thomases Family Endowment of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation. The grant will be used to support its 2024 productions and educational programming including the upcoming production of “Shrek, Jr.” playing March 8-10.

Dr. John Cox, Board President, states, “The Youngstown Playhouse extends our deep gratitude to the Thomases Family Endowment for its investment as we enter our 100th year of serving the Mahoning Valley through the performing arts. This milestone has been made possible due to the dedicated support of thousands of patrons, artists, and audiences.
