Transparency on Fees:

All tickets sold through the Youngstown Playhouse Box Office will be assessed a $3.00 Box Office Operations Fee. This fee helps to offset the costs associated with running our Box Office and are assessed regardless of where or how tickets are purchased.

Ludus.com assess each ticket purchased with a Credit Card an additional fee of 5% + $0.75. This fee can be avoided by purchasing tickets in person at the Box Office with Cash or Check. 

UPDATE 8/12/2026

For all events that begin their sales on or after August 12, 2026, a $4.00 Box Office Operations Fee will be assessed per ticket. This fee helps to offset the costs associated with running our Box Office. This fee is assessed regardless of where or how tickets are purchased.
