YOUNGSTOWN, OH (December 1, 2025): The holidays are right around the corner and emerging music artist Mark Mackay is stepping up to provide the soundtrack of the season with heart, soul, and his signature guitar-driven, country sound. Known for his rich storytelling and soaring vocals, Mackay is set to drop his brand-new holiday EP Christmas Time is in the Air. Mackay will perform at the Youngstown Playhouse on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 7pm-9pm. 

Blending country warmth with festive spirit, the project features timeless favorites including “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Last Christmas,” “O Holy Night,” and “Run Rudolph Run,” along wiht an original track, “Christmas Time is in the Air.” The collection captures the nostalgia, joy, and togetherness that define the holidays, all through Mackay’s distinctive country lens. 

“As a country artist, I’ve always loved the way music brings people together and I’ve had the privilege of playing shows across the country in which people come together through shared, universal experiences,” says Mackay, “the holidays usher in a special type of magic that connects us all and I’m so excited to bring this feeling to life in my own way.” In addition to the holiday EP, Mackay will cap his breakthrough year with his upcoming Family Christmas Tour – a 12-date, cross-country show which promises a guitar-slinging time, culminating in a New Year’s Eve headlining show at Lake Tahoe’s Heavenly Holidays Event.
