NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE YOUNGSTOWN PLAYHOUSE
Youngstown, OH (August 5, 2022): The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the annual meeting of The Youngstown Playhouse will be held on August 16, 2022 at 7:00 pm at The Youngstown Playhouse.
As a community theatre, The Youngstown Playhouse places great value on the input of its members. Each year, members have the opportunity to attend the annual meeting to speak and vote on issues on the agenda. The Youngstown Playhouse is governed by its members. Those who are elected to the board of directors are fellow members who represent the Playhouse’s patrons and serve as their voice in how they want their community theatre run. The Board encourages members who have purchased a Flex Pass for the current 2022/2023 season as well as current and Emeritus board members to attend this important meeting to offer comment. At this meeting, reports on the board’s accomplishments over the past year will be provided, the board’s capital project plans for the next year, review yearly results, the financial condition of the organization, and transact any other business that may come before the group. Those who cannot attend in person may access the meeting via Zoom.
